In this episode of Nordic Surfers Magazine Conversations Podcast Tom answers a number of questions about his development as a surfer, from competitive beast, to big wave ‘hell man’, and now an older surfer staying at peak performance and enjoying the ocean on all types of surf craft. Tom also shares some insights on his role as an anti-apartheid campaigner as well as his more recent interests in meditation.

This interview provides insight into a man with a huge cultural legacy in surfing, and we could not be more grateful of Tom for sharing his time.
